Invitation for empanelment of Experts/faculties for Committee on Information Technology by ICAI

(Post‐Qualification Course on Information Systems Audit, Workshops,
Conferences and Seminars in IT‐related areas)


The Committee on Information Technology of ICAI offers a highly popular Post-Qualification Course (PQC) on Information Systems Audit (ISA) leading to the designation D.I.S.A. (ICAI). Over 34,500 members have got trained so far under this course. The Committee also conducts workshops, conferences and seminars in IT and IT-related areas across the nation.


The Committee is in the process of enhancing its faculty bank on national level in order to effectively conduct the ISA and IT-related workshops, conferences and seminars, which are generally organized on holidays including Saturdays and Sundays. The relevant areas/topics covered are stated below:.


I. Post-Qualification course on Information Systems Audit: The broad coverage includes following modules:(1) Information Technology, IS Infrastructure and Emerging Technology

(3) Governance and Management of Enterprise Information Technology, Risk Management and Compliance Reviews

III. Case Studies Required
The Committee also proposes to develop series of Case Studies for Post Qualification Course on Information Systems Audit and Certificate Course on Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection to be used as part of the course deliberations and bring a publication in due course of time. Each case study should preferably contain a brief synopsis, objective, test data, processes/ procedures to be followed, sample reports and their interpretation. Attractive honorarium and incidental expenses at actual would be paid for the case studies accepted and approved by the Committee, for which proposals are invited at the aforementioned address.


IT Experts with Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at Post Graduate level in IITs, IIMs, Central/ State Universities and Specializing in the relevant areas are requested to fill-in Online Registration form available at the following link:

The honorarium would be in the range of Rs.1000- and Rs. 1500/- per hour depending on your qualifications and experiences. Apart from this, incidental expenses including travel and stay for outstation sessions will also be paid at actual as per ICAI rules.
