PAN Card application form modified again for small change

The Income Tax Department vide its Notification No. 26/2014 has amended the PAN application forms viz. Form 49A and 49AA with the only change of option of allowing middle name as either father's name or mother's name.

In case the option has not been opted, the default option is father's name.
